• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding

4. Orders

• Placing an order on elianstar.com or via WhatsApp constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify payment
• For custom or made-to-order items, additional lead times apply and will be communicated to you at the time of order

5. Payment

• Full payment is required before delivery for all orders
• We accept payment via bank transfer, online banking, and other methods listed at checkout
• Your order will only be scheduled for delivery once full payment has been received and verified
• Payment confirmation should be sent to us via WhatsApp or email to avoid delays

6. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
• To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at 016-5771719 or email lianstar.sale@gmail.com
• Cancellations may not be possible for orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or are custom/made-to-order
• Where a cancellation is approved, any refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method
• We reserve the right to deduct any costs already incurred (e.g. delivery, processing, or custom fabrication costs) from the refund amount

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, zones, charges, and scheduling are governed by our Delivery Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

8. Returns & Warranty

Our returns and refund process is described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Warranty coverage and claims are described in our Warranty Policy. These policies form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence
