🚚 Delivery & Assembly
Do you deliver outside Sarikei?

Yes — we deliver across Sarawak and to Peninsular Malaysia.

Nearby towns we regularly serve: Bintangor, Jakar, Selalang, Sesang, Gerigat, Roban, Kabong, Pusa, Beladin, Debak, Sepaoh, Betong, Pakan, Belawai, Tanjung Manis, Pulau Beruit, Daro, Kanowit, Kapit, Sibu, Mukah and more.

Peninsular Malaysia: We deliver selected items to Klang Valley and Johor via a third-party logistics partner (Lalamove). A delivery quote is required — WhatsApp us at 016-577 1719 for details.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees depend on your distance from our Sarikei showroom and your order value:

Do you assemble the furniture after delivery?

In most cases, yes. We pre-assemble furniture at our workshop before delivery wherever possible, and complete any final installation on-site.

If you prefer to receive your item flat-packed in the box, just let us know when you order — we are happy to accommodate.

For items that require complex on-site assembly, an installation fee may apply. We will inform you in advance.

How long does delivery take?

Ready stock items: Delivered within 14 days of your order.

Pre-order items: Lead times vary by product. We will confirm the estimated delivery date with you at the time of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

In-store (showroom): Cash, bank transfer, credit card, bank instalment, AEON Credit instalment, Atome, and ShopBack.

Online (lianstar.com.my): We currently accept payment via Stripe — credit and debit cards are supported.

Can I pay by instalment?

Yes. Instalment plans are available in-store and include:

  • AEON Credit Service — apply at our showroom
  • Atome & ShopBack — buy now, pay later
  • Credit card instalment — available at the showroom

Instalment plans require a visit to our Sarikei showroom. WhatsApp us if you have questions before visiting.

Can I get 0% instalment on my credit card?

Yes. Maybank and Public Bank cardholders can enjoy 0% interest instalment plans from 6 months up to 24 months, subject to your card type and the applicable promotion at the time of purchase.

🛏️ Products
Can I try the mattress before buying?

Absolutely. All our mattresses are on display in our showroom for you to try before you buy. We encourage you to take your time — lie down, test the firmness, and find what feels right for you.

Visit our showroom anytime during opening hours. No appointment needed.

Do you sell spare parts or replacement covers?

We do our best to keep spare parts available for every product we stock. Availability depends on the brand and model.

If you need a spare part, WhatsApp us with your product details and we will check availability for you.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products carry a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Many items carry longer coverage — mattresses from brands like Slumberland and Vono can carry up to 15 years.

Can I customise furniture sizes, colours or designs?

Selected models can be customised in size, colour and design. Where customisation is available, it will be noted on the product page.

Can I order via WhatsApp?

Yes — WhatsApp is one of our primary ordering channels. Send us a message at 016-577 1719 with the product you are interested in, your location, and your preferred size or variant, and our team will assist you from there.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please note the damage on the delivery form and photograph it immediately — do not sign off without doing this.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We accept returns and replacements for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival, reported within 7 days of delivery.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

No appointment needed — you are welcome to walk in anytime during our opening hours. Browse at your own pace and our team will be on hand if you need guidance.
